Interesting idea promoting the neighborhood and its buildings, however I'm not that clear on exactly where it is and what its called - insert a map with some flashing red pointers or circle, and maybe a link your webpage with listings? Geotagged?
A wider 16:9 perspective camera would be better, supplemented with some professional photography of each available listing.
